Preschool Programming

Happy Hearts has two separate preschool rooms.  One is licensed for 16 children and the other 24.  In these classrooms we split the children up by ages and developmental stages.  The younger group focuses on building on their strengths from the toddler room such as sharing, toilet training, counting, name recognition, colour and shape recognition.  In the older group we help to prepare the children for school by incorporating more number and letter awareness, fine motor skills for grasping a pencil and scissor use as well as using all areas of developmental domains.
